I do not recommend this.), so I added a healthy splash of apple cider vinegar and a mix of cayenne and crushed chilies instead. Delicious! Kind of a like a Thai curry. If I subbed frozen spinach, this could be a quick pantry-staple meal.Brittanynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37886248.post-55461251193319874982011-04-10T17:48:13.203-07:002011-04-10T17:48:13.203-07:00Thanks for the feedback Sarah, so happy to hear it...Thanks for the feedback Sarah, so happy to hear it!

DKDanielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02388302796031288076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37886248.post-90482965581912334332011-04-10T16:54:31.647-07:002011-04-10T16:54:31.647-07:00Just made this for dinner tonight, and it was outs...Just made this for dinner tonight, and it was outstanding. I have never had good luck cooking collard greens before and had figured that they just couldn't be made well without fatback or bacon grease, but this was easy and tastes awesome. I bet water chestnuts would be really good in this, too.Kerrienoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37886248.post-79391747124748459892010-04-08T11:22:03.614-07:002010-04-08T11:22:03.614-07:00Joanne, you probably could still make it with the ...Joanne, you probably could still make it with the pineapple--I'd try it. Because the sauce is simmered for a while, the heat may very well break down whatever it is in the pineapple that you're allergic to.

But if you try it with another fruit like mango, let me know your results!

DKDanielhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02388302796031288076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37886248.post-86681796105700747002010-04-08T11:17:57.397-07:002010-04-08T11:17:57.397-07:00Laura sounds like some kind of awesome. My maculas are important to me!

So as soon as I saw the half cup of peanut butter I was hooked. I might have to switch out the pineapple due to this weird allergy that I've somehow acquired but i bet it would be great with mango.Joannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17133232352924060797noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-37886248.post-42449384389187366102010-04-08T10:34:58.939-07:002010-04-08T10:34:58.939-07:00This sounds amazing!
