Well hey, thanks for the link! I love that shrimp. Next time I think I may add red pepper flakes though too. Mmmm.

I am totally addicted to email. D'oh!

Also, the ADHD thing. My theory? Simple technological progression. We are just bombarded by so much and are stimulated in every direction we turn... it wasn't like that when we were kids. It's unfortunately inevitable that it's prevalent now.

I'm inclined to agree with your thoughts on ADHD--I'm noticing my attention span shrinking over the year too (and yep, I'm addicted to email as well....).
