Thanks for the links. I love CF Friday Links as I get to read several great postings. I especially like the off topic - as it gives me things to think about. Thanks.

Thanks Dan!

I really love the 30 tiny changes. I started reading it like a know-it-all, but it surprised me and made me aware of a few I really do need to incorporate. Not the health ones. ;)

Also, that stinks about the Oprah show, though I can't say I'm entirely surprised. It's just... ugh. Sad.

Side note about that: I am moving closer to family later this year and I told my sister I am looking forward to the "challenge" of cooking for her, as she is vegetarian, nearly vegan. I'll be looking at CK and CHG and others for inspiration. So many awesome vegetable and grain dishes to look forward to!!

Thanks NMP and Melissa for the feedback and thoughts!! I had the same reaction at first to the 30 tiny changes article, but then ended up walking away from the post with quite a bit of inspiration.
