Just wanted to point out that the flourless chocolate cake recipe isn't exactly flourless...

Great point Alex, I'd be more accurate to describe it as "low-flour," wouldn't I? Thanks so much for the catch.

The Indian fasting ritual was interesting to me. And whoops! ;P

I adored the article by Michael Laiskonis. I'm going back to read it again. These are the kinds of moments, the kind of things I think about... I am still learning so, so much, and in a way I feel lucky for that because I get to have surprises and novelties more often than most cooks I know.

Also, I cooked many new things this week, three I've never even tasted, and I felt positively radiant at the end of it all. :D

Thanks as always for the great links Dan!

Melissa, thanks as always for your comment. As it is with most blogs, less than 1% of my readers leave comments, so I'm always looking for feedback on how I can improve my links posts, and whether the articles are of interest or relevant to readers. Thanks as always for sharing your input!!

Love that banana art!!! How creative. Just love it.

THanks for including my note on food prices even though I called you a math nerd earlier in the week.

No worries Dana, I thought your "math nerd" comment was funny. I can take it. :) :) That article was a good one, and I thank you for pointing me to it!
