Thank you for sharing my site and the black bean recipe. After I made mine, I saw a comment on Facebook by the author of Budget Bytes (http://budgetbytes.blogspot.com/) that she does not even soak them, just throw them in the crock pot on low all day. I'll have to try it that way next time.
She also has a great recipe for (not) refried beans that I have made several times. Yet another way to save money.
