Congrats, Kelli! I shipped out a book today. And I can't way to try your black-eyed peas with spinach and coconut curry. I have everything in the freezer or pantry.

I couldn't agree more: we actually made that black eyed peas dish the other night (we substituted collard greens for the spinach) and it was exceptional. I'll be sharing my own version of that recipe once I've finished testing it!!

Congratulations and thanks to Kelli! I also made that black-eyed-peas curry this week, and I actually have the last of the leftovers with me for lunch today. ;) Delicious, fairly quick, and easy. It will be going into my permanent recipe rotation.

I'll be looking forward to trying lots of the other recipes in this post as well. Thanks to all.
