I liked the article on too much stuff. I have too much stuff. I've been trying to reduce it...it just all ends up on the floor and surfaces (toys, paper, etc.)

Clothing is the worst. I like to keep my closet minmal, but pregnancy makes that impossible. First, you start to grow out of things. Then you have to buy maternity gear. Then you have the baby, and are still wearing maternity.

Then you lose just enough weight where the maternity is too big (around week 4), but you are at least a year from your old clothing. And on and on. Especially with the breastfeeding, even loose shirts won't fit.

I just sent a big box of clothing to the shed. To be seen in a year.

Thanks Marcia. I hear you on clothes. I'm still hanging onto all my suits from my prior career--and I have NO IDEA why. And it's despite the fact that I'm actually very minimalist otherwise.

Of course maternity adds a whole other layer to the issue.

Great links...I especially appreciate the article about carbs from A Sweet Life! Thanks!

Thanks Bonnie. We've also been thinking a lot more about the carbs we eat here at Casual Kitchen, so that article was useful for us too. Thank you for the feedback!
