Science 2.0: I honestly don't care about my cholesterol number, my blood-pressure number, or even my blood-sugar number. But I do care about my weight, and here's why.
ReplyDeleteWhen I am 10-15 pounds overweight, as I am now, I can tell.
My energy level, my sleep quality, and my allergic response are all worse than when I am fitter.
Plus, I look worse. I look older and less pretty.
I think those are sufficient reasons to manage my weight.
