Don't forget! The easiest way to support Casual Kitchen is to buy your items at Amazon using the various links here. Just click over to Amazon, and EVERY purchase you make during that visit pays a modest affiliate commission to support my work here. Best of all, this comes at zero extra cost to you.

As always, I welcome your thoughts.

Science 2.0: I honestly don't care about my cholesterol number, my blood-pressure number, or even my blood-sugar number. But I do care about my weight, and here's why.
When I am 10-15 pounds overweight, as I am now, I can tell.
My energy level, my sleep quality, and my allergic response are all worse than when I am fitter.
Plus, I look worse. I look older and less pretty.
I think those are sufficient reasons to manage my weight.
