I don't even need to read the article about ceramic knives not being worth the cost.... To me, the most important thing is that the knife is sharp. It doesn't matter what you spend - if a knife is dull, it won't cut well. I buy used knives at a grinding shop for $1/each and then go back every few months to get them sharpened.

Sadly, Daniel, it is so well written that people who should know better are caught offguard. One legislature advanced a bill to ban DHMO...

I first read that DHMO spoof back in the early 90's when I was in the Navy. As a chemical/nuclear engineer, it CRACKED ME UP. Still does.
