I've been wanting to go meat-free one or two days per week for quite some time. I need to just "take the plunge" and trust that I cook so well now that Steve will love whatever I put in front of him, whether it has meat or not.

I really needed that post on Tiny Buddha today. I've had a very rough week, all (taps head) up here. And I did it to myself. Good link, good read.
