I have a Pavlovian response to the soi-disant "Food Babe".
Overwhelming hate combined with an urge to turn green, grow in size, and start smashing everything in sight.
.. I usually just have a beer instead.

Haha nice. I'm in therapy for it. :)
Actually, as a kid I used to hate brussels sprouts with the heat of a thousand suns. But then in my late 20s one of my sisters made them for me (it was a recipe where she splashed them with lemon juice and roasted them) and I discovered to my shock that I actually not only didn't mind them, I liked them.
I still haven't come around on mayonnaise though.
